Questions

How long until my order is shipped? TOP

We don't want you to have to wait long for your item, so we strive to have most items shipped out within 5 business days.

In some cases, we've partnered with other designers or companies whose items take longer than 5 business days to be produced.  In that case, we always let you know the time frame in the description of the item.

How will my order be shipped and how much will it cost? TOP

For U.S. Customers:

We offer a $5.95 Flat Rate shipping to our domestic customers and we usually use Priority Mail with tracking numbers. We like to send you an email the day your order is shipped telling you what the tracking # is and, of course, thanking you for placing your order with us.

For International Customers:

If we cannot reasonably mail your ordered item(s) for our usual $5.95 Flat Rate shipping, we will contact you asking you to agree to an additional charge for the added shipping cost. If you decide against the added shipping costs, we will of course immediately refund your money.

Can you include a special card with the item? TOP
Of course!  If you are sending a personalized item to someone for a gift, we'll be glad to include a written card for you.  Although we always try to wrap our personalized items attractively, you can let us know if the item is for a special occasion and we'll wrap your order to reflect that occasion.

What is your return policy? TOP
We are a small team and pay great attention to the detail of our products, therefore, monogrammed and personalized items are not returnable unless we have made an error in our personalization of the product or the item is deemed defective.

How do I care for an embroidered item? TOP
Although most embroidered items can be laundered, it is always best to use the gentle cycle when washing embroidery.

How will my personal information be used? TOP
We will never sell or share your information with anyone!  We do offer specials via an email newsletter a few times a year.  Your email address will be added to this list unless you specify that you don't want to receive our newsletter.

How do I pick out the embroidery thread color? TOP
Because we have hundreds of shades of thread colors and because computer monitors show shades differently, we don't provide a color chart on our site as it wouldn't always be accurate.

Therefore, when you fill out our order form for an item, just describe the color you want and we can match it from your description.  For example, instead of just "blue," you might want to type in "baby blue," "robin's egg blue," "navy blue," etc.  If you have any questions about choosing the color, just contact us and we'll help you out!
